1. Review of 2007 minutes and accepted as submitted.
   Motion: Jim     Second: Bryan
2. Review of 2007 Financial Statements. Accepted as submitted.
   Motion: Sherri     Second: Randy
3. In depth review of the "City of Ottawa Agreement" for sustained 3 year partnership. Discussion and revision of some financial projections (i.e. average of several years for participation projections, increase in fuel expense, higher allowance for equipment repairs, etc.). Submission accepted with minor revisions.
   Motion: Bryan     Second: Jim
4. Discussion of agreement with Fitzroy Park included the possibility of rental fee increase. Discussed the possibility of building in up to a 20% increase over the next three years. Also discussed scheduling of trail maintenance and potential need for repairs in some locations (culverts in streams, etc)
5. Equipment Report: Randy
   1. Arrangements for pick-up of new groomer
   2. Repair work intended for Bombi to include front-end bearings, track tensioner, and at least one track replaced (preferably both) Projected costs in the $1000 range.
   3. Building of compactor/roller to commence this fall. Material costs projected to be $400.
6. Website Maintenance and Upgrades: Bryan
   1. Note to be included on home page to identify the signing-in procedure and why it is important to complete..
   2. Include place on site for members to input "success stories"
7. Improved Signage needed: Bryan
   1. Welcome sign in parking lot needs to be re-done and improved; needs to mention partnership with the City
8. New business/ideas: All
   1. Connect with local community associations for advertising
   2. All to consider new approaches to marketing.
